All payments are via Razorpay.

Yes. GST-compliant invoices are auto-issued on every payment — formatted ZOICE/YYYY-YY/NNNNN with CGST + SGST for intra-state transactions and IGST for inter-state. PDF download is available from the billing dashboard.

Yes. Zoice offers a trial period so you can test voice agents with real calls before committing to a plan. Contact the sales team via the Get a Quote form to set up your trial.

Yes. Plans can be upgraded at any time and will take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.

Yes. You can configure auto-recharge so that when your wallet drops below a set threshold, Zoice automatically tops it up via your saved Razorpay payment method (e-mandate or saved card).

Zoice bills per minute of AI conversation — each plan has its own per-minute rate, and Gold and Diamond include bundled free minutes against the minimum commitment. Chat and WhatsApp are metered per message. Enterprise volumes are negotiated separately; contact sales for a customized quote.

Telephony costs (carrier charges for calls) are separate from the Zoice platform fee. Zoice works with your existing telephony provider or can recommend partners in India for PSTN connectivity.

Monthly and annual plans are available. Annual plans come with a significant discount. There is no multi-year lock-in unless negotiated as part of an enterprise agreement.
