Zoice offers three plans, all billed monthly: Silver (free, the default plan — Hindi + English, 2 concurrent calls), Gold (₹4,999/month — 6 languages, 10 concurrent calls), and Diamond (₹8,999/month — 12+ languages, 20 concurrent calls). Voice is ₹3.5/min on every plan. All payments are via Razorpay.

Yes. GST-compliant invoices are auto-issued on every payment — formatted ZOICE/YYYY-YY/NNNNN with CGST + SGST for intra-state transactions and IGST for inter-state. PDF download is available from the billing dashboard.

Yes. Zoice offers a trial period so you can test voice agents with real calls before committing to a plan. Contact the sales team via the Get a Quote form to set up your trial.

Yes. Plans can be upgraded at any time and will take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.

Yes. You can configure auto-recharge so that when your wallet drops below a set threshold, Zoice automatically tops it up via your saved Razorpay payment method (e-mandate or saved card).

Zoice bills per minute of AI conversation at ₹3.5/min on every plan, so you pay only for the minutes you use — on top of your monthly plan fee, if any. Chat and WhatsApp are metered per message. Enterprise volumes are negotiated separately; contact sales for a customized quote.

Telephony costs (carrier charges for calls) are separate from the Zoice platform fee. Zoice works with your existing telephony provider or can recommend partners in India for PSTN connectivity.

No. Paid plans are billed monthly and Silver is free, so you can start, upgrade, or downgrade whenever you like. There is no multi-year lock-in unless negotiated as part of an enterprise agreement.
